MapPoint has Data mapping wizard. It pops up at the end of Import data wizard or you can call it from Data menu. In MBO we call the feature color-coding.

Create map. Click ‘New map’ icon on MapBusinessOnline main toolbar to make a new map. Map Business Online will prompt you to save current map if necessary. In ‘New map’ dialog select desired template and click ‘Create new map’ button. Once new map has been created, you can plot datasets or add map layers to the map.

Select how you want to add that stop to route. You can also add all customers in your list to route by clicking following icon on Data window toolbar. Once you have all stops in Route window you can calculate route and optimize stops order. Make sure that ‘Optimize stops order’ is checked. Click car icon on Route window toolbar.

If Map & Data window is not visible then click Map & Data tab centered on the left side of the map. Click gear icon on Map & Data window toolbar. ‘Manage map and data’ dialog will pop up.
